Detailed description of IBC(ton tanks):
(1) frame: high-strength galvanized frame, adopting 4 widen welding process at all crossed vertical tube parts of the frame, so the vibration resistance if strengthened. It can meet the transportation requirements of two layers in shipping container.
(2) Draw bar: screwed at the tanks top, makes the inner container easy to change and powerfully stabilize inner container without breaking off.
(3) Nameplate: nameplate at outer surface of the framework can indicate enterprise name, products and other label instructions; enable customers to fully understand the company information.
(4) Outlet: based on customer’s requirements, DN50, DN80 ball valves or butterfly valves are installed which are suitable for various foods and chemical products.
(5) Feeding inlet: the screw cap with DN150 respiratory valve has breathing function, it can balance the pressure in tanks during the long-term and long-distance transportation of special products.
(6) Inner container: using three-tier uvioresistant high-density polyethylene and co-extrusion blow molding to form them in once. The inner containers are labeled with liquid level line and have strong weatherability as well as liquid residue.
(7) Pallet: High intensity galvanized steel pallet, it can carry 2 tons weights without beam deformation. It provides the best protection, optimize stability and make loading/unloading and stacking easy.
Corner protector: by adopting quadrangle angle beads and valve baffles made of engineering plastic, it provides protection for inner containers and valves.

Technical Support: quality test for IBC ton tanks
In order to comply with the provisions of international transport of dangerous goods packaging containers, all products of the company pass through 6 production process monitoring and enterprise standard testing that is stricter than that of the national standards, including leaking, dropping, vibration, air-tight test, stacking, weighing, etc.
Low temperature test
To inject water into the container to 98% and add antifreeze; then keep it for 24 hours under the condition of -18? without product deformation and leakage.
Vibration test
To fill the container with 98% nominal capacity of test liquid; and then adopt sine wave with double amplitude of the vertical amplitude of 25mm±5% for 1 h. At the bottom of the container, to intermittently insert the 1.6mm thick, 50mm wide sheet metal and insert minimum of 100 mm deep.
Stacking test
Carrying 4056kg(1000L IBC tank) and keep for 24 h under normal temperature without leakage and collapse.
Air-tight test
Keeping for 10 minutes under constant pressure of 20Kpa without leakage.
Dropping test
After -18? processing, drop it from 2.06 meters high, without leakage and crack.
Hydraulic pressure test
Keeping 10 minutes under constant pressure of 100Kpa without leakage and broken.
Product Instructions
1. The temperature of filling liquid should not be higher than 60?.
2. Before tightening the lid, check whether the sealing ring is installed in place and whether it falls off. When screwing the lid, aim at thread teeth to avoid leakage at tank mouth caused by slipping thread after wrong thread.
3. Liquid containing gas should adopt a closed lid of exhaust and tighten as required.
4. When the IBC tank is filled with liquid, there must be enough space capacity.
5. When stacking IBC tanks, the internal liquid should be cooled to room temperature before proceeding stack.
6. Avoid dropping during transportation and use, and avoid collision with hard sharp objects.
7. Tanks should be stored in a clean, dry, well-ventilated, flat floor warehouse, and the storage temperature of the drums is ≤40?.
8. The storage life of the IBC tank is 2 years from the production date.
